If you do not provide us with this information, we may not be able to deliver The Rivkin Report to you. You may request a copy of these details at any time and ask us to update them if they are incorrect. We may also maintain a record of any correspondence we have with you. Complaints: If you have any complaint about the service provided to you,
you should take the following steps.
Contact a Rivkin Report stock consultant and speak to that consultant
about your complaint.
If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 3 days, please
contact Kristian Dibble of The Rivkin Report on (02) 8302 3600 or put your
complaint in writing and send it to us at PO Box 1524 Double Bay NSW 1360.
We will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
You may also contact the Financial Ombudsman Service, GPO Box 3,
Melbourne, Victoria, 3001, telephone 1800 555 677. We are a member of this
scheme. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) also
has a freecall infoline on 1300 300 630 which you may use to make a
complaint and obtain information about your rights.
In the instance that The Rivkin Report Investment Team is incapable or
unable to produce The Rivkin Report, Tarfaya Nominee Pty Limited will
continue to deliver the Report.

SMS Alerts: The Rivkin Report offers its members a SMS Alert service for
$20 per annum. This is available for members who receive the Report online
or by fax and its purpose is to notify members when a new recommendation to
buy or sell has been issued via fax or email. This service is particularly
useful for members who are not sitting at their computers all day, or near
their fax machines. This service is only to provide an alert that a new
recommendation has been issued and must not be acted upon until reading the
full story in The Rivkin Report.
Rivkin Report Account Handling Fee: The price paid for Rivkin Report
memberships with a duration of one year or more is known as the Total
Membership Cost. Part of your Total Membership Cost is made up of an
Account Handling Fee that is accounted for at the point of sale. This
covers upfront costs such as sales, marketing and administration. The
account handling fee is $390.00 including GST and does not vary for
one-year, two-year or three-year memberships.
The remainder of the membership cost (i.e., the Total Membership Cost
minus the Account Handling Fee) addresses and accounts for the ongoing
component of your membership that occurs beyond the point of sale.
