The Rivkin Report provides a user's guide to all members outlining the basics of how to use this tool. We recommend everyone read it before risking capital in the market. It is available in the library in the Member's section of the website or it can be mailed to you. Please ensure that you understand the risks of direct investing before risking your capital. The Rivkin Report guarantees a minimum of 45 issues per year. Direct investing in the stockmarket can result in financial loss. Historical results are no guarantee of future returns.

You may request a copy of these details at any time and ask us to update them if they are incorrect. We may also maintain a record of any correspondence we have with you. Complaints
If you have any complaint about the service provided to you, you should take the following steps.
Contact a Rivkin Report stock consultant and speak to that consultant about your complaint.
If your complaint is not satisfactorily resolved within 3 days, please contact Nigel Littlewood of The Rivkin Report on (02) 8302 3600 or put your complaint in writing and send it to us at PO Box 1524 Double Bay NSW 1360. We will try and resolve your complaint quickly and fairly.
You may also contact the Financial Industry Complaints Service, PO Box 579, Collins Street West, Melbourne, Victoria, 8007, telephone 1800 335 405. We are a member of this scheme. The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) also has a freecall infoline on 1300 300 630 which you may use to make a complaint and obtain information about your rights.
In the instance that The Rivkin Report Investment Team is incapable or unable to produce The Rivkin Report, Tarfaya Nominee Pty Limited will continue to deliver the Report.

Money-back guarantee
New Rivkin Report members with a one year membership are entitled to a 30 day money back guarantee. Members who have received more than 30 days of a Rivkin Report membership in the past are not entitled to a refund on their membership.
SMS Alerts
The Rivkin Report offers its members a SMS Alert service for $20 per annum. This is available for members who receive the Report online or by fax and its purpose is to notify members when a new recommendation to buy or sell has been issued via fax or email. This service is particularly useful for members who are not sitting at their computers all day, or near their fax machines. This service is only to provide an alert that a new recommendation has been issued and must not be acted upon until reading the full story in The Rivkin Report.
Suspension Policy
In the instance where a Rivkin Report member requires a suspension of their membership, The Rivkin Report will honour a one-off suspension for a period of up to three months during the life of the membership. Membership will be automatically reactivated after three months.
Rivkin Investor Centre
The "Rivkin Investor Centre" or "Investor Centre" is supplied and maintained by Bourse Data Pty Ltd.
