Rivkin Loyalty Programme

At Rivkin, we understand loyalty. That's why we have developed an extensive Loyalty Programme aimed at ensuring a satisfying and rewarding customer experience with Rivkin. The Rivkin Refer-A-Friend programme rewards customers who recommend our services. The Rivkin Frequent Trader programme rewards customers who trade with Rivkin Securities. 

Rivkin Refer-A-Friend

The Rivkin Refer-A-Friend programme is a Rivkin Report, Rivkin Trading Report and Rivkin Super initiative designed to benefit clients who refer friends to take up at least one or more of our services. Our aim is to reward customers who recommend the high quality service and advice they receive.

Here’s how the programme works. If you recommend that a person should become a member, and the person subsequently becomes a member, you will receive a $50 Rivkin-Westfield gift card. The gift card can be sent straight to the member who refers a friend, or used as a gift that we will send for you.

Rivkin Frequent Trader

The Rivkin Frequent Trader programme is a Rivkin Securities Loyalty Programme designed to benefit clients of Rivkin Securities who are also members of the Rivkin Report and/or Rivkin Trading Report. Our aim is to provide a seamless and combined advice and execution service to our clients at a minimum cost.  

Here’s how the programme works. Clients of Rivkin Securities earn one Frequent Trader point for every $1 spent on brokerage. Rivkin Frequent Trader points can be used to receive a discount on either the Rivkin Report or Rivkin Trading Report. Every 10 points equates to a $1 discount on the next report subscription. 

So as an example, if you spend $3,000 in brokerage, you will earn 3,000 points, entitling you to a $300 discount on your next report subscription. 

Clients who trade through Rivkin Securities should never pay the full retail price for their Rivkin Report and/or Rivkin Trading Report subscription.

Rivkin Frequent Trader points can now also be used against the establishment fees when joining Rivkin Super.
