I don’t think it takes a genius to admit that the bull market of the past five years is well and truly over. And as per every correction, the emotions of panic and fear are the order of the day, ironically at a time when bargain hunting should be driving investors’ decisions. Although it seems hard to believe, the world has seen recessions and corrections and disasters all before, and our stock market still reached all time highs last year. Rest assured, the events causing this global meltdown have also been seen before. Over time stock markets go up – there is no one debating that fact! So why are investors looking to get out of the market now when we are seeing one massive clearance sale?
