From The Editor. Issue 12: The Market is Rallying: What do I do?

A significant rally (1098.5 points, or 34.92%*) took place from 6 March 2009 to 31 July 2009 and remains in place as I write. While the 12-month data in Chart One—importantly—put this rally in perspective, the feeling that we are in a bull market is tangible. But what, whether you are in or out, do you do when the market is running like this?
